The Utility Management System (UMS), developed by Munsys Technologies (Pty) Ltd for Venn Diagnostics, was originally designed as our customer Asset Register allowing us to monitor and manage our clients monthly utility accounts. The UMS web based application allows our customer's portfolio to be extended into a full spatial Asset Register, where every property is physically located and mapped within an GIS application running on an Oracle database. This system enables both Venn and our clients to monitor all utility activity across their vast property portfolio from one centrally located database.

The UMS application enables Venn employees to capture and analyze historical utility account data, report on where operating costs are running high, and to ultimately identify savings and potential refunds.

The reports are limitless and are customized per client, reporting on utility usage and variances, as well as all financial data including bill amounts and accounts to be paid to their respective suppliers.

The various portfolios managed by Venn Diagnostics can be accessed directly from our website by selecting any of the customer buttons i.e. Freestate DOPW. Please note that each user is required to have a valid username and password to view the portfolio information.
