Founded in 1988, Venn Diagnostics is a South African based organisation and a member of the Nous Holdings group of companies. Our knowledge base and experience in utility management has led to over R 260 million being returned to more than 3 800 clients countrywide.

With the increasing focus on profitability and efficiency, it is every company’s objective to reduce their operating costs. Venn Diagnostics conducts a NO COST audit of your organisation’s utility accounts i.e. electricity, water, telecommunications, effluent, refuse, rates, sewerage and piped gas.
Venn Diagnostics submits a report detailing findings and recommendations (if any) for savings and refunds on your utility accounts, based on historical data.
This is purely a financial service, using our expertise to analyse all variables i.e. legal laws, by-laws, tariffs and special dispensations.
Venn Diagnostics at no stage interferes in production processes or normal operating practices.
This service is completely confidential.
All recommendations are subject to the client’s acceptance and include the supplying of reasonings behind our recommendations. The Venn report includes:
- your current situation
- errors detected
- areas for improvement
- action to be taken
Venn shares equally with you in each refund secured and in each saving secured for a predetermined period, with no on-going audit contract.
Should no cost saving opportunities be identified, the client is assured that they enjoy the benefit of the most cost effective utility charges.
