Our client had repeatedly requested assistance from their local supplier, in
reducing costs, to no avail.
During our initial analysis, Venn Diagnostics identified cost saving
opportunities, and implemented these cost saving opportunities on the clients
behalf.
With costs now reduced, the client was able to focus on operational
effectiveness and efficient energy use. Out technical support team provided
invaluable advice and insights on opportunities to increase energy efficiency
and demonstrated means of better managing their operations, by using tools
already at the clients disposal more effectively.
The client then enlisted Venn’s expertise to assist with additional service
delivery problems, including blocked storm water drains, faulty meters, missing
fire hydrants, broken street lights and un-trimmed trees, making through-fare
for trucks impossible.
This was an unusual project for Venn, but Venn nevertheless managed to contact
all the relevant municipal service departments and, within 5 months, had
implemented all the necessary changes.
