Our client noticed significant differences in utility costs and corresponding
usage patterns between similar operations, located across the country.
Venn Diagnostics was contracted to conduct a financial analysis, to identifying
cost saving opportunities, and past overcharges, for each of the 42 sites owned
by the Group, nationally.
At the same time, a meaningful comparison of costs between similar operations
was provided to the client, allowing them to focus on inefficient cost centers,
and ensuring that a standard of supply and efficiency was set for the entire
group.
